1. About the CCA
The Christian Cigar Association (CCA) is a community of adult men who gather around cigars and Christian fellowship. CCA is not a church, ministry, or substitute for a local church. Members are encouraged to belong to and serve a local body of believers.
2. Eligibility and membership
You must be at least 21 years old to apply, join, or use cigar-related features. Membership requires affirmation of Christian faith and the CCA Statement of Faith. Applications are reviewed by the CCA leadership; approval is not guaranteed. Access begins only after an application is approved and an account is created using the same email address supplied with the application.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and promptly notify CCA if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. CCA may suspend or revoke access when these terms are violated or where needed to protect the community.
4. Community conduct and content
Be truthful, respectful, and willing to sharpen and be sharpened. Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, misleading, or infringing material. Do not post another person’s private information, a home address, or content you do not have permission to share. You retain ownership of your submitted content and grant CCA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote CCA community features. You may not use CCA to sell tobacco to anyone under 21 or to encourage unlawful conduct.
5. Cigar reviews and health
Cigar reviews and member posts reflect the views of their authors, not necessarily CCA. Tobacco use carries health risks and is restricted to adults 21+. CCA does not provide medical, pastoral, legal, or financial advice through member content.
6. Lounges, chapters, and sponsors
Venue and chapter applications are subject to review and approval. Public lounge and chapter listings are informational and do not constitute a guarantee, certification, or endorsement. Exact lounge street addresses, where collected, are available only to signed-in approved members; public listings display town and state only. Respect each establishment’s policies and support the local business when gathering there.
7. Privacy
CCA limits display of location information to approximate member towns and states. Never publish full member home addresses. Please see the CCA privacy notice when available for more information about collected data, retention, and contact details.
8. Website availability and changes
CCA may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. CCA does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCA and its officers, directors, volunteers, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from use of the site or community. Nothing in these terms limits liability where law does not allow it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Contact and updates
Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected]. CCA may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

The Christian Cigar Association is not a church or a ministry. We are men who gather to smoke cigars and sharpen one another. We encourage every man to find a local body of believers and plug in.
